Gertrude came to the pack station in 2008 as a rescue from one of the KFC Roundups. She arrived with 5 others just as they were approaching egg-laying age. Ameraucana hens lay bluish-green eggs.
Again, the name adheres to the "old-timey" theme, and is also named for Greg's great-grandmother.
