Moonshine was born here at the pack station. Bonnie is his mother and the two possible fathers are Andy and Eeyore, however his appearance suggests that Andy is the sire. He started out life almost pure white, but gradually some muddy, dark grey markings have come in, including a dorsal stripe that he likes to call his "racing stripe".

This young man is one of Deb's favorites and he used to practically sit in her lap when he was little. He was born just before Kim sold the pack station to the Burgesses, and Kim actually had Moonshine down in the canyon, on a pack, at just one month old. He now likes to go on trips and is already more well behaved than his older cousin, Kenny. He is still learning and growing, and won't be packing age until February 2009, but he is already much taller than his dad and should be an excellent packer for years to come.

Moonshine was named Lambchop by Kim Kelley. While he did look like the cute little puppet of the same name, he would soon grow out of it. Deb wanted a "western-sounding" name, and since we had a Whiskey, and because of his white coat, Lambchop was changed to Moonshine.
