Slow Roasted Pulled Pork Sandwiches...

     Eric Woodyard, our Dutch Oven Chef, makes his famous pulled pork sandwiches on the last weekend of the month. Folks come from far and wide for this occasional treat; don't miss out!
     This is genuine Dutch Oven cooking. Eric starts roasting pork shoulder very early in the morning so that it is fork-tender by lunch time. His sauce recipe is a secret, but it is a little bit sweet, a little bit spicy and a little bit smokey. The other thing that makes Eric's sandwiches stand out are the fresh-baked "Dutch Crunch" rolls. He lines them with a vinegar-based coleslaw then piles a generous scoop of meat.
     We'll say it again: This is a treat, don't miss out! Served form 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. Ice cold beer is available to complete the package.
